Can I ask if your query is account specific?
We don't have access to account information here but if we can help with general, day to day banking, please let us know.

If you do need specific details on your account, Bank of Ireland 365 should be able to help on 0818 365 365 / 00 353 1 4044000 and representative assisted hours are 8am - 12midnight Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank/Public Holidays.
