its pick yer brain time again....building up a tt bike, but before i order the bottom bracket i want to double check what type i need.
Frame is a Giant Trinity 0 (2010 i think) and chain set is a Shimano 105 5600.....just wondering what "threat" type i need on the bottom bracket?
    English i presume?

The 0 and 1 take external MegaExo BB. http://www.bikepedia.com/quickbike/BikeSpecs.aspx?year=2010&brand=Giant&model=Trinity+0

....but that doesn't tell you much, because it could be either Italian or BSA (English). Maybe better wait till you get the frame?
