I am unable to connect my mobile data

    Hi,

    I have a HTC One x phone and I am with Meteor while the previous owner was with O2.

    If I'm not in a Wi-Fi area I cannot get onto the internet as the Mobile data in settings says 'Disconnected', even though it is switched on.

    Can anybody help with this?

    Did you put in the correct APN settings?

    No, I didn't change anything. What's APN and how can I find out what the correct settings should be?

    You can get the correct data settings on the meteor website. Do a search.
