I have only been signing for 2 weeks but was called to a group engagement session yesterday. At this I was told I will have a one to one interview on Monday where I will be asked to consider my options. I know I am not eligible for jobbridges yet so I won't be pushed Into one of these but what can I consider saying to them…

I am doing a weeks work in may so shall I cancel this work if it interferes with courses or will I tell them I have this work lined up?
They mentioned ecollege courses. Can anyone explain these? How long do they take to complete and do they look good on a cv? Are they done from home or where? What are the different courses I can choose to do online? Can anyone help me? Thanks a lot
