    Hi,

I have a triax tsc114 combo box which i re scanned for saorview but have now noticed the bbc channels that started on number 9 are now starting on 250 with the irish channels before them. How do i fix this so they are all in numerical order and is this a bug in the software?

Try rescanning the channels with both LCN and Active Antenna off within the terrestrial menu and see what happens.

If it doesn't work you may need to do a factory reset and install the updates again when you need them.

It has worked for me before so in theory it should work for you.

Active antenna switches on/off, a power supply for an amplifier. Nothing to do with channel numbering.

    Hi,

When i go to turn off lcn it asks to delete all channels so i will lose the satellite channel as well. Surely easier way than having to totally rescan the satellite and move etc....painful

The best advice that I can give you because I am not tech savvy is to go onto this website that gives you two options to re-scan or re-organise your channels.

    http://www.tvtrade.ie/blog/turn-off-lcn-on-triax-tsc114-combo-receivers-to-scan-saorview-channels-after-change-to-two-mux-system/

I had to do it this way to help me get through that problem quickly.

    Good Luck. :)

These Triax boxes must be the most user unfriendly out there....have cheap combo boxes and the update/moving channels is easy....non of this hassle. So much for gettting an approved box!

don't talk to me last oct that triax broke my heart.............even after a terr rescan it would find new channels so all of a sudden the irish channels would go from 1-8 to 1-15 and bbc1 would move from 9 to 18 no matter how often i deleted them. i eventually moved the new irish channels to the 800s and did a parental lock and there they stay.

so i thought as i have both astra 19 and 28 on the triax over c'mas i wanted to watch the darts on sport 1 and i didn't have that transponder in so did a rescan of sat and the irish channels went mental again until i repeated the above.

please help, trying to install the uk channels,
I have following the instruction, so I think,
    click on DVB-S
    click on satellite list
click on astra/euro bird (only one on it)
    click blue tab to scan
    hit enter

no of the uk channels appear even though the process bar is moving across with the percentage:mad:
