Hi Folks, can anyone recommend a S&C coach for a runner in Dublin/Meath or similar, middle to long distance. Looking to strengthen the body in order to improve my times but more importantly for injury prevention. Thanks

    Andy Kidd

Have met him a few times, seems like a nice guy, but never used his services. Associated with DSD I think.

Try David Matthews. Irish 800m and 1000m record holder. Trains Cork hurlers but Dublin/Kildare based. www.davidmatthews.ie

I've attended Mark Kenneally at The Performance Clinic, in Celbridge and have found him very good. He is also a really nice guy. www.performanceclinic.ie
