Bluntly stating that e cigarettes are harmful.

Also gives Dublin Bus the opportunity to state that they have banned ecigs so as to maintain a smoke free environment.

The Irish Times has a bit of better news, though I haven't heard anyone in the media talking about it:

Customers concerns....? I use trains a lot every day and have never came across anyone who was offended by vaping.....and I have asked....what a load of .......insert word here........!
