Are you allowed wear sunglasses in your test?

Just quick question before my second attempt at the test.

I'm quite tall and the sun visor blocks my line of vision due to my height and having quite a small car so sunglasses have been the better option for me while I've been out practising.

I assume they are allowed? Just want to double check in case it interferes with them seeing your observation or something. Convinced I would have passed first time around if I just wore them.

    Thanks

Yes, no problem wearing them. In fact, if it's bright I'd encourage it.

    Good luck

    Yes. Definitely.

Have them on your head before you start. Routing around the car or reaching up to unclip could be an issue.

You can, but make sure you are still showing, by moving, that you are looking in all your mirrors -> Make it obvious you are being observant as the instructor won't be able to see your eyes to know for sure ;)

I would personally just use the visor for the test, more re-assuring for the instructor that you are focused if your eyes are not covered and they can see them.

    Good Luck with Test,

The testers mark thing they see you doing wrong, not things they can't see. They have to see you not checking mirrors to mark it.
That said people who check their left wing mirror without moving their heads are 1 in 1,000,000. The testers will see this slight move. Don't act like someone checking mirrors, just do it.
