    Where abouts are you ? Do you drive?
    Goldstone nice spot if you have a car
    Spirit leisure if you're in town or ferrybank side

    Have a look at Crossfit Waterford. Its expensive, but excellent results, great people, great training and a great atmosphere. Its also very close to you in Gracedieu.

    They do a free intro and you should do it and see if its for you. Have a look at crossfitwaterford.com.
