change from jsa to illness benifit

    i cant find any info online about this and i am wondering does the rate of pay stay the same when you switch from jsa to illness benifit i am currently on 144 per week

    any help is greatly appreciated

    The fact that you are on JSA would tell me you are unlikely to get Illness Benefit.
    Submit the Illness Benefit form to SW then go immediately to the CWO for SWA because your JSA will be suspense while you are ill

    You wont receive any payment from CWO until such time as you get a letter back from Illness Benefit stating you do not qualify. If you receive a payment from CWO you need to continue sending in illness certs.
