    Child Dep €536.40

Total pmts (payments) if I'm reading correct €536.40

    Deductions misc ,€536.39

    Total Deds € 536.39

Was I given €535.39 then deducted the same for some reason

Each child is €29.80 or €14.90 half rate. That amount is exactly 18x €29.80.
Your payment is I presume €188 for yourself. Do you claim for a partner? Do you have a partner? Does he have a claim?

For some reason you were awarded 18 Child Dependent payments but you were found to have already been paid that amount so it was deducted.
Were you getting SWA from the CWO for while in respect of a new baby?

I'm shocked, not at the 1c, but at the value, add secondary benefits, and you would need to be on €70k or so to clear that.

Why are you shocked? The OP didn't actually receive the amount? There seems to have been a calculations error which was then promptly rectified.
Some claims take weeks to be processed and are then backdated when awarded so the amount may seem huge but actually covers several weeks.
If the claimant received SWA while waiting then that is deducted from the arrears.
The actual amount due to the OP is:
    €188+
    €124+
    €29.80 for each child+possibly
    €20.00 Fuel Allowance
Hardly €70000. Don't know why your shocked.
