my eircom password reset failure

    i've tried this on several browser and several different machines but everytime i try and gte my password reset i get
    Internal Error
    error code = 100

    I have just looked at this. First of all can I just check that you are not an efibre Customer? Unfortunately the my eircom service is not yet available to efibre customers.

    If you are not an efibre Customer, please send me a PM with the following information

    Eircom Account number
    Email address associated with the my eircom account
    A description of the error message you are receiving.

    Once you do this I can then send this off and request that your my eircom account be reset.
