    1. Turn on your lights!!
    2. No, not your side lights
    3. No.....mmmm not your parking lights...
    4. Clues in the name...
    5. There you go...

Seriously though...i know at the best of times 60% of drivers wont use their lights...but its foggy!!!!!! The majority of cars I saw this morning had no lights on or their parking/side lights....whats the point...

(I know this is a long running issue...)

And 'fog lights' of course, are not to be wasted on fog. People can't see your car in the fog and so do not know how cool it looks with the fog lights on.

The problem with most people turning their fog lights on are that they never bloody bother turning them off again!

Note to certain dumbasses - DRLs are not acceptable lighting in fog!

Just as bad as the people who use only DRLS at night time. I mean sweet Jesus.

In slow moving rush hour traffic where you can see the car and the next 20 cars in front and the 10 cars behind you, I don't consider them appropriate at all to be honest. Dips are sufficient. Your just dazzling everyone around you doing 50km/h. Case in point the N11 / M50 between Lochlinstown and Sandyford this morning.

Open road / motorway at speed with distance between cars, yes of course. But a little common sense other than fog = fog lights is nonsense.
