Men should be allowed to hit women

It really p*sses me off when I hear all that s*it about men not being allowed to hit women under any circumstances.

If a woman hits a man then that man should be allowed to hit back. It was the woman who started it so the whole "fair fight" bullsh*t is out the window.

"Oh but women are smaller and less able to defend themselves". Tough sh*t. If a 5 foot lad started a fight with a 7 foot boxer should the same rules apply? Just because one party is clearly at an advantage that doesn't take away that party's right to defend themselves.

What about races? Black people are generally built bigger than, say, Japanese people. Should society look down on black people hitting Japanese people when provoked?

FURTHERMORE if it weren't the case that society has told us we're not to hit back and are to take our beating quietly then I guarantee there would be a significant drop in cases of women attacking men.

Such a double standard. If women want equality they'll have to take the crap that comes with it. Yes, welcome to our world ladies, the scum of the world is now allowed to hit you. Bet you miss sexism now.

Otherwise, yes, I think men should be able to defend themselves physically if a woman assaults them. If she slaps, not a full-force punch back, but a slap back, or taking hold of her arms.

Firstly, nobody should hit anyone.

The legal system and the Gardai should probably start taking female violence against men more seriously.

Having said that it's hard to justify a man hitting a woman under any real circumstance.

Men using their strength to overpower or restrain a woman assaulting them is quite different though.
