So brake lights aren't working, they stopped a while ago but then started working fine again - I had thought it was bulbs but replaced both and still nothing, checked fuses & no change. I did some research & seems to be the switch but I couldn't figure out where it was by looking at the brake pedal!
Selling car & don't want to do that when no brake lights so just wondering can anyone recommend somewhere that could fix it for me quickly & cheaply?
In South Dublin around Ranelagh/Rathmines area

Any mechanic could do it in a few minutes. If you get the part number of the old one a bring a replacement with you they shouldn't charge you much.

This is not quite as simple as one would think (see attachment). Make sure you get someone to fit it who has done so before as lots of these switches have been broken while installing them. I did fit one myself a few years ago but I was very careful while doing it.

Sorry, couldnt attach the file, here is the Link, instead.
