Try Aldi or lidl. I've used mine a few times and there very good. Never tried them on anything as hard as porcelain though. Just ordinary clay tile

aldi have a kit at the moment , 12 euro for a 6 piece tile holesaw set . holesaw sizes are 22 , 28 , 35 , 44 , 68 and 73 mm . kit has 2 different holesaw mounts and drill bits and an allen key . i used mine to drill through 12mm thick crema marfill tiles for installing a mixer shower and shower bar . medium speed and pressure and some water sprayed on the holesaws and you will be fine . they also have a bi metal hss holesaw kit on sale too .

I bought diamond tipped hole saws in B&Q a while back and they are fantastic quality. They are a chrome finish and are sold in individual sizes.
I have used them on ceramic and porcelain tiles and marble worktops, even used it for enlarging a hole in the bottom of a wc cistern to take a larger valve.
They were not too expensive but great quality and they cut a perfect hole everytime.
