I am not sure if this is the right place but I just saw this on the journal.ie:

    http://www.thejournal.ie/alan-shatter-nazi-picture-1394805-Apr2014/?utm_source=facebook_short

The image shows a photo of a SA (Stormtroopers) Rally in Danzig. As my particular area of militaria collection is Danzig before, during and after the 2nd World War, I can see immediately that the photo seems to show the Gauleiter of Danzig, Albert Forster. As the photo shows the banner "Danzig ist eine deutsche Stadt und will zu Deutschland (transl. Danzig is a German City and wants to belong to Germany)", I can say that the photo was probably showing a rally in 1939, just after Hitler's speech of 28 April 1939 in which he uses this exact sentence but before the outbreak of WWII later in the year.

I am not sure if this is of any help but that is the background history to this particular photo.

    For Foster see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_Forster
