Cosplay supplier question

    Hello,

    I could not find a cosplay section, so I hope this is the right area. I am looking at the Captain America costume from Cosocean and Procosplay.

    Has anyone experience with these companies? Are they reliable? What is the build quality like?

    I know I should be building it myself but I do not have the time at the moment.
