If you have 2 sets of wheels - how often do you switch them (or would it be only for warm season and winter till next spring). Do you keep one cassette and just switch it between the wheels or two cassettes - and if that's the case would you keep same chain for both or go double on these too ?

I have training and race wheels. Have a few casettes, so usually only switch to suit the terrain. Same chain unless using WiFli.

Winter/commute wheels on the bike most of the time.

Nice wheels only get at the weekends.

    Two cassettes, same chain/chainrings

Do you do your freehub damage by frequently changing cassette??? I have recently started switching cassettes regularly depending on the terrain I am cycling and was wondering is this doing damage.

Sounds like you need a second set of wheels! ;)
