Windows 8 Pro - How to change the default action for a device?

    I have just upgraded to Windows 8 and when I first connected my camera to the computer, I stupidly selected the action, Download images to Windows Photos.

    I no longer want it to do this. I want it to open the camera's own software instead.

    How can I change the default action?

    Search Control Panel in start then go to Default Programs. You can configure the default actions for Autoplay in there :)
