Looks like it might be catching, like this story.

A Superior Court judge who sentenced a wealthy du Pont heir to probation for raping his 3-year-old daughter noted in her order that he “will not fare well” in prison and needed treatment instead of time behind bars, court records show.

Sickening. The judge has a reputation for harsh sentences, but when the defendant is heir to a company worth nearly 50 billion, suddenly she gets very concerned for his welfare.

Bullshît decision. Will not fare well..well I guess that's the main thing you consider before sending a paedophile rapist to prison.
