Hannah, a pet shop owner, finds timmie loitering around shop. she take and feeds him and wanted to return to him to david when she makes her trip to deliver the pet order in the nearby street. she incurred 20 pound. david neighbour, jonathan who does not read the daily bungle, find minnie sleeping under his car. he return ger immediately to david. in the meantime, hannah's customer who placed an order wanted the delivery of the pet on an urgent basis. while attending this errand, hannah inadvertently returned simmie. richard, the street sweeper found bimmie in the vicinity of the neigbourhood with severe burns and injured. he took him to the vetenarian and incurred 60pound. later that day, richard returned him to david. disappointed david decides that he unable to take part in the upcoming compertition and placed a notice at community hall to cancel the reward. david wife, sheeba finds dimmie later in the evening and give it to her husband who refuses to pay. danny who was resting in his garden encountered eimmie playing with his shoe. on the ways to david house, danny bumps into joshua and hears the news that david no longer gatherng the cat for the compertition. since peter;s son s allergic to cats, he decided to return nimmie. upon the same, peter asked david"when do i get the money"

Break the scenario down into separate analysis of each "Contract" returning each individual Cat.

Analyse each scenario using the Basic Principles for formation of a Contract.

Its necessary to assess the relevance of certain specific contract issues that arise, e.g Revocation, Performance, Intention to be legally bound etc.

Quite a straight forward question that just appears complicated because of the the amount of Cats.

Just deal with the return of each Cat on its own.
