Help me find part for cylinder

    I have a 300L dual coil cylinder in my garage. It was there when I bought house and plumbing company who supplied it are long gone.

    Anyway, recently the ability to heat water with the immersion has broken.

    It appears this is no ordinary cylinder. It was made in France and appears to be more suited to 3 Phase power from what my own electrician tells me. I have no instruction or no proper make or model that's showing up anything in Google.

    Anyway, the piece that appears to be 'blown' is in the photo attached. (the white square box). Any idea what that is or what its function might be?

    Nothing on the cylinder that I can find...
