    RC are hiring, do you think this is just a sham and no-one is being hired from the outside?

    I believe so, a friend applied 3 times in the last 4 years and never got a look in despite having a degree, being a qualified accountant and qualifed tax advisor with 15 years experience.

    Funny that those he deals with in there are broadly uneducated in comparison but yet he wont even get a chance of being hired.
