    Hi there,
A month ago my boss told me not to come to work that week, that there was no work available, next week was the same. Was issue with letter that a date for return was not foreseeable. He told me I should probably look around. I did and am working on a monthly freelance basis for another company now. No official notice was ever given either way with the old job. My question is am I entitled to redundancy as things stand? I worked there for over 4 years and am still owed outstanding wages from him. Any help appreciated. Many thanks, Noel.
