legal advice to get my daughter and grandson home

    hello,,i would like some advive for my daughter who is living in the uk with her 1 year old son..the relationshio has broken down with the father who has a drink problem ,they seperated in november last year and he has given her approx 4 payments of no more than 120 pounds.his excuse being she chose to live like this ,,i will pay next week etc..he has the baby every friday untill sunday on the understanding that his parents who he lives with are present,,they how ever are loving grand parents but still cover for his actions as in losing his jobs and his drinking..she now has enough and wants to come home .he is named on the birth cert .so where can we go from here..she cant just up and leave but she is so stressed from him that i feel i need to do some thing to help.. thanks c
