    Is it possible to get an app to manage mobile phone bills, so that a limit is set for each phone and cannot be exceeded

    Android or iOS?

    TBH not aware of an iOS one but there are some data managers. They aren't very reliable I found

    Maybe better android ones. Best bet though is to use the official provider app if there is one and keep an eye on it yourself

    Its called prepay. Can't spend more credit than you have.
