Hi I've been invited in by a firm for a 'discussion' about a jobbridge position I applied for. It is an office based job. Should I treat it like a job interview or are these generally less formal? Do I need to wear a suit or would maybe slacks, shirt and dark jumper suffice?

    Thanks

If you want it treat is as an interview because chances are they will.

I hear you. What do you think about the dress code? Shoes, slacks, shirt & jumper ok?

If you got a suits that fit you run with it; if not go with slacks and jumper but I'd not run out and buy a suit for a single interview.
