I live in a terraced house and I have cleaned the gutters on my house - I have asked my neighbour to clean his as they are full of weeds and the water is now dripping down onto my decking causing damage
What can I do to ensure that he cleans his ? I have asked him on a number of occasions but he just hasnt done it to date ......

I presume the water flows from yours into his, could you fit an outlet at the end of your gutter and cap his off, this will allow yours to empty without bothering him. If this would work, check out a new gutter, <SNIP>. No more cleaning. :-).

Maybe you could approach one of his relatives, is he elderly or infirm?
