    Hi there,

My father was under warranty and it broke on him (don't know the technicalities behind it, it just stopped working) he handed it into the phone provider who says it would be fixed for him in one week.

He is now waiting 5 weeks and there is no clarity on when he is receiving his phone. He asked me whether or not there is any legality behind how long it takes to repair the item?

Just out of curiosity appreciate any feedback
