Can anyone recommended reasonably priced accommodation in Nerja Spain. I was there a few years ago and cannot for the life of me remember the name of the place. I would like to stay in the same place if possible.
From memory it was situated in what I think was the main square of the town. It was next to the beach and there was a church in the square also. I would love to hear any other suggestions ye may have.

There's a thread in here somewhere. Search for Nerja. I remember staying in a place called Hostal Abril. It was cheap and nice.

The main places I can think of at main square are hotel Puerta del Mar, Balcon hotel, plaza cavana hotel, Hostal Marrisal and Tobosso hotel.

Hope that helps! Would recommend the Puerta del Mar if you're don't find the one you're looking for.

They're usually busy and quite expensive during tourist season. We stayed up-town and didn't think we were missing anything, and got a nicer room for less dosh.
