If your 1st sub does not play is he brought on with 0 points or does the next available sub with a score come on (provided it leaves you with a legal formation obviously)?

If your 1st sub does not play is he brought on with 0 points or does the next available sub with a score come on (provided it leaves you with a legal formation obviously)?
