7mth dell laptop clicking and not turning on

I have collect and return for a further 5mths. As it won't turn on can access and try the diagnostics tools on their site. Has anyone got a link for arranging for "collect and return" service to presumably get a new hard drive fitted. or will i need to call them? and if so whats the best phone number Thanks in advance
