Thanks for that. going to hold out for lightweight or another one piece just because theyre awesome. im splashing a good bit of money a 5.5kilo build so want it with my very favourite parts.
that said those xentis wheels are great weight. 1200grm for 42mm, that only like 50grams heavier than mavic ultimates, and knowing mavic those nds spokes would probably seize after an hour or two.
For functionality, theyd definitely be a better wheel for racing than any one piece if the brake track is good and hubs are good.

aaand thats why im looking here :) im looking for 2.0 version preferably after flaw with their first sets. im not sure how extensive it was, barely any pictures online. kind of like r sys hype although ive probably ridden 20000km on numerous sets of r sys without a glitch- ever

Word with the cool kids is madfiber will be back in business soon though

Have a set of Lightweight Mielinstien C carbon clinchers.
    Check out the spec.
    From memory it's42mm section.
    Full carbon hubs, spokes.
    Weight 1255g
Shimano 11 sp freehub but DT Swiss campag one 65-70e from Bike 24.de

Anyway these are 16mths old. Done 7-800 dry km so pass for brand new.
Cost 3700e but I also paid 365e for 3years "no quibble new for old warranty"
Comes with Lightweight classy wheel bag, Ti Skewers, carbon pads and all receipts documentation and computer chips.
Rare and beautiful package 4100e ( as receipts)- pass for new
Would sell for 2500e but wouldn't dream of parting for 1cent less

Ps, shod them with Schwalbe zxr tyres- 170g and ultra light tubes 50g
and you've an insanely fast light wheelset.

Hey docman, thanks for the offer but didnt even include meilenstein in the title because i knew id be out of budget. Thanks for the offer and if you're ever looking to sell them you should have no problem, they really do fly, on the likes of ebay at least anyway.

One thing you might answer for me if youve got a minute, lightweight built their wheels with known hubs, is it 190s or similar they put on them? im not certain... anyway, does that mean if i get a set and want to change to campag from shimano that im basically just looking for the freehub of that (190s?) hub they use?Im kind of assuming so but im not certain as its in my head, just wonder.. they could possibly modify them for their own freehub bushing and pawl system to tie you in design, im just wondering if by chance they do that..

Straight DT Swiss freehub replacement, no mods done by Lightweight and simple change.
Yea they're DT Swiss hubs wrapped in carbon with large carbon flanges to provide base for spoke bonding.
    Good luck.

im talking to him right now funnily, theyre ondrej slobdonovic's wheels. ive bought plenty off him before and hes got a shop up north i'll prob grab them off him if decals can be removed. from decaled lightweights ive seen before, it could be removed and maybe spray the red spokes white ( professionally) Thanks for the heads up anyway!

will do! its lovely looking bike so far just need rear wheel, sr cassette and kmc dlc chain and we're done

Was on the phone to ondrej btw, they were airbrushed not decalled so it was a no go.. he tried tempting me with equinox wheels who do a low almost 1200 tub set but i think ill stick with lightweight for this
