Just putting this out there, was thinking about a thread which popped up on bargain alerts. It was the famous UPC thread were everyone was comparing prices they got from UPC regarding contract changes.

Anyone interested in putting up prices of their new cars they got from main dealers. For example if you bought a new Toyota Avensis tell us what you got it for or what discount the dealer is giving you for a straight cash deal. VW dealers seem to be doing an awful lot of pre reg cars at discounted prices lately. I recently looked at a VW golf 1.4 act petrol manual highline model. The list price was 29k new but pre reg it was going for 25k ish. Pre reg means the car is registered with garage but basically brand new but if you were buying it you would be the 2nd owner on it.
