I read an America site called Garage Journal a lot - be warned it's addictive - and one member there posted a thread about building a combined garage plus house - well they call it a Barn + House Has anyone seen a similar project in Ireland or does our building regs forbid it? That thread is also of interest to anyone…

I read an America site called Garage Journal a lot - be warned it's addictive - and one member there posted a thread about building a combined garage plus house - well they call it a Barn + House

Has anyone seen a similar project in Ireland or does our building regs forbid it?

That thread is also of interest to anyone thinking of spray foam - they sprayed under the slab as well as walls & ceilings and (I think) some internal walls as well.
