The fitting into which the roller blind sits is broken on one side ie cord will not pull properly, it comes off the thread. Can this part be replaces or so i need a new blind? Thanks.

This can be repaired. We had the same problem and the guy we got the blinds from fixed it for us. We got them from Blinds2U. Very helpful guy.

Where are you based? I've had stuff repaired by clonsilla blinds and they did a great job
