I do a 10 every week and Im not sure how much water I should be drinking. I can do the run in about 60 minutes and I'm 200 pounds.

10 miles? 10k? I'm guessing you're talking about 10k, in which case you shouldn't need to drink any water during the run. Just make sure you're well hydrated beforehand, and re-hydrate properly afterwards.

If you're pretty new to running and struggle to complete the 10k without water, then there's no harm in bringing a small bottle with you, but over time, you'll want to remove the dependancy.

10k or 10 miles? I regularly do 15 miles without water but would be well hydrated beforehand. Drink to thirst

Depends on how long you want your sentence to be

As above I don't bring/stash water unless it's over 1.5hrs of running. I burn about 900ml of water an hour when training, of course depends on the type of session and conditions.
