The existing lockable door knob in my house broke. Can anyone tell me where i can buy something similar in the Dublin area. Been to a few hardware stores and no luck. Plus staff have been less than helpfully as to were I could get something to replace it.

    Something like this

Place on Nassau st, knobs and knockers I think, they're a brass specialist and should have those.

Looked at woodies and homebase and they don't seem to have lockable ones. It's for a front porch so need a lock. Just seen knobs and knockers online. Will try there in the morning thanks

They're not cheap though. Why not order the one you linked to? €20 is a very good price.

Using parcel motel that would come to €30.50.

Want to get it changed this weekend but if they're to pricey in the shop I'll just buy online.

Homestyle DIY, Mary Street, Dublin 1 have always stocked that type of door lock.
