Hi. I was wondering if anyone knew what the net pay is generally if doing a job share. I know it's 50% of your salary but some suggest that you come out with more than half due to tax reduction etc as your on the lower scale.

If anyone has an idea, through experience or through a colleague, could you please let me know.

    Thanks a mill

One of my colleagues says it's a little over 60% net for her. Everyone's circumstances will be different of course.
