Scrapping a car - value?

    so I have a 93 opel corsa that is off the road at the moment, would run if someone who knew what they were doing did a bit of work on it - at this stage, I'd be happy just to get rid of her, how much would she be worth scrap?

    Depends where you go. I'd say you're looking at €90-€100. Scrap is way down on proce so could be slightly less than that.

    yea exact same cars just called a Opel Corsa in Ireland / Europe and a Vauxhall Nova in the UK:cool:

    Ah OK, Im Scottish. I knew Vauxhall is called Opel here, but I never realised they also changed the model names.

    Although I do remember seeing an import called an Opel Kadette (spelling?) that I would have called a Vauxhall Astra.
