Audi A6 2.0TDi - Oil change.

    Just picked up a 05 last weekend with FSH. Going to change the oil and filter anyway as I've always been a hoor for frequent oil changes. I have a new can of Castrol Magnatec 5W30 A1 fully synthetic in the shed and just wondering if its suitable for the car or to be avoided ?

    I don't think so you should be using Edge check the spec against what Audi recommend.

    You need at a minimum 505 spec but i would suggest to go for the LL 507 spec.
