iec visa worry

Hi I have an offence for drinking on the streets in 2005, git fined 100 Euro in 2005, its on my police cert, will this prevent me from getting iec visa???? For Canada, I'm panicking here, any help would be appreciated please

This comes up a lot, where a person mentions a minor offence from years ago, in relation to a visa application.

Google the equivalent of the department of foreign affairs in Canada, go to their visa section, check FAQs and issues regarding previous convictions.
