    Hi,
Can anyone recommend a decent graphics card that would work in my newly acquired Dell T1500? I'd like to repalce the stock one (Quadro FX580).
I have the I7 model with 8gb ram and a 350W PSU (which I don't particularly want to to change).

I think it's a PCI E v2 slot. So i basically want the best card I can get for it.
I'll be mainly playing Flight Sim X.

    Thanks

I asked the exact same question here http://touch.boards.ie/thread/2057151442/1/#post89063318

I ended up getting a new power supply and an r9 270, and an ssd for good measure

But if you don't want to change the power supply an 750 ti is your best bet, seems to be a solid card and wouldn't need a better PSU, on the phone now so can't link any but there's loads of reviews on YouTube

    Thanks for the response Bassey.

Are you happy with your setup? Does it work well with the T1500?
I don't really want to change PSU but maybe I should if the r270 is going to give me better performance.

Also look at the R7 265. Faster than 750Ti and should be fine on a 350w PSU. Getting a new PSU and 270 is also an option, but for your needs the 265 alone should be perfect. Even the cheaper R7 260x should be fine.

I'm really happy with the set up at the moment, playing skyrim, battlefield 4 and far cry 3, all at high/ultra settings with decent frame rates
