Ballybunnion - Holiday Homes/Apartments

Hi all, A friend was telling me about a small development of holiday homes (could be apartments?) in Ballybunnion. They have a kids playground, small shop/winebar onsite and are located a few kms outside the town (by the golf course maybe??) I can't remember the name and google isnt helping. Any thoughts? Much appreciated.
