Retro MTB/Frame wanted

Might be a long shot but I'm looking for a 1992-1996 MTB bike or frame to restore and/or build up. Basically I'd like to build the bike I couldnt afford to as a teenager!

Condition/scratches/rust doesnt bother me too much as ideally I'll strip and repaint. Have been looking in the UK but if I could find something here all the better.

Ideally what I'd like to find is something like a Kona Kilauea/Explosif/Cindercone or Specialized Stumpjumper or Marin or Orange. Preferable in steel and about 19" frame.

Does anyone have anything that might be of interest?

    Thanks in advance.

Have a 15" Trek OCLV 9700 frame hanging in the shed but probably too small? In great condition along with a matching Cro-Mo fork and also a Marzocchi XC700 fork which needs some work.

Thanks for the reply at1. Too small unfortunately, 15" may have fitted teenage me but not 37 yr old me!

Would be looking for 175 and would include a load of retro parts like xlite titanium bars and shimano xt and xtr parts. The seatpost needs to be removed though as its pretty tight in the frame, I got it to move but don't have anything big enough to move further. A bench vice would get it out. If you are interested then I will remove before the sale.

Let me know if your interested and I'll post some pics this evening

Hi, interested alright, how is the frame? Any wear or dings in the carbon? Pics would be great!

I'll get some actually pictures this evening but see below some pictures of the same bike. The Carbon is in perfect condition, a few scuffs as expected from a mountain bike but very mild, hope to get actual photos by Sunday.
