    This charity spin might of interest to people out there in the midlands.....and further afield. Its on this Sunday 30th March, leaving Kilnaleck & covering lovely routes over south-west Cavan, Longford, Westmeath.

    Heres a link to the Sheelin Flyers FB page, here you'll find the different routes & more info regarding sign on, location etc.
    15km, 40km & 80km are the 3 distances.

    Sign on is the Realtog Centre, Kilnaleck from 9.00am
    Cycling Ireland Members - €10
    Non CI members - €12
    Water,banana,sandwich Stop for the 80km in Abbeylara.

    Tea/coffee, soup, sandwiches etc afterwards in Realtog Centre.
