    Hi,

    I bought a lenovo laptop that got delivered this week.

    I was under the impression that they had free returns. I am not happy with he build quality of the laptop - but looking at their website there seems to be a 15% restocking fee!

    Is this valid in Ireland? I thought under distance selling regs I could return withing 7 days of delivery?

    You should contact the vendor of laptop i.e. Lenovo in your case. They will assist a fruitful information about return policy.
