alibaba experiences ?

    I'm looking for a supplier of services rather than product on alibaba & wading through the prices seem decent, but I'm not sure on the quality & level of service provided. Has anyone any experience of dealing with traders on there ?

    Been fine for products but never used it for a service. The general level of customer service is very good though I have found.

    Are the delivery times realistic Jimmii ? They're claiming a week after payment & to be honest, I've always found delivery from China to be in the 2-3 week stage.

    Depends on method of shipping. If its sent with DHL or someone like that then you'll have it in 3/4 working days if it goes via China Airmail you are looking 3-6 weeks.
