Can't log in to billing or cp

Hi I have reset my password via billing.blacknight.ie numerous times over the past few months, the password mailed back never works and cp.blacknight.ie always gives me a 'no user account' error. Can ya help? Thanks

I have reset my password via billing.blacknight.ie numerous times over the past few months, the password mailed back never works and cp.blacknight.ie always gives me a 'no user account' error. Can ya help?
